Overview
M3 is designed to provide financial services consultants with a good understanding of the ethical culture, code of professional conduct, and Fair Dealing Guidelines required in the financial planning industry. This class covers the important elements in conducting client’s financial planning in an ethical manner to uphold a high ethical standard for the financial market.
Participants who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) sponsored by Company or Individuals are eligible for the Skills Development Fund (SDF) Funding administrated by the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG). Individuals can however apply for SkillsFuture Credits to pay for their training (only applicable for Singaporeans aged 25 and above). For further informations, log on to myskillsfuture.gov.sg.

Certified Financial Services Consultant Module 3 (CFSC M3) is the 3rd module under CFSC programme. It has been designed to provide Financial Services Consultants and individuals who are keen to have a good understanding of the ethical culture, code of professional conduct and Fair Dealing Guidelines under financial planning industry. This course covers and guides you on the important elements of conducting the client’s financial planning in an ethical manner to uphold a high ethical standard for the financial market and achieving a win-win situation for everyone in the long run.
